Its a connector, this would be a bad place for a fuse.? It is a toyota connector.? Probably a standard chassis component.? I'm guessing a tail light or signal fuse.? Only one way to know.? Turn all lights and the emergency signal on, disconnect the connector and look for failure. Or run both a?+ and - wire from a battery?(with a low amp inline fuse in the + wire), disconnect the connector and attach the leads to the aft end of the connector. Something should light up.

You can also check continuity with a volt ohm meter it you think it might not be working.? ?
