Jim,? a new awning can be had for much less than $1000, unless you are talking premium fabric. If you want to sell it, you might get $100 - $150 (Including the cordage).? However, it does rain a good bit in the east and you may find it useful to keep. Put a piece of gorilla tape on the tear, and you will stay drier.?

To do a bit of body work on my full time home (a 1993 Toyota Itasca Spirit) I unrolled the awning to allow more access to a couple of areas.?
Since I had never used the awning anyway (I cruise in the winter), I decided to leave it off - and pass it along someone who cause make use of it!
I have been told that awnings this size cost as much as $1000 but I am selling mine for just $250 so I don't have to store it (in Lincoln, California) for more than a week or two.?
There is one hole in the fabric, about one foot from the spot where it connects to the camper’s awning rail - so it will be easy to shorten the fabric and not have to replace the whole thing.
I will only be in the area until April 1, when I have to leave for work in Massachusetts. (I will be gone until December).?
Because I have such a tight window in my schedule (and because the price is right!), the first person to offer $250 gets it.
Thank you and have a great day -
Jim
