I should also add that the 5000K color temperature which is a pretty pure White gives the best visibility. As you go down from 5000K things get "Warmer" or more yellow orange. As you go above 5000K things get "Cooler" or more Blue, even Purple. Old fashioned incandescent bulbs are more yellow. 5000K is where the best visibility is.
