-Hi Owen & Amy, we have only had our toyota/winabago since march 1st
2001,and havent even camped in it yet! We paid $12500 for it and feel
that was a fair price, considering it was a one owner trade in to an RV
dealer. We would love to show it too you,and hope all of us MI toyota
campers, can get togeather sometime this year. I work in livonia at
the Observer & Eccentric newspaper.Thats all for now, happy
camping.Allen & Linda

nicer
than ours.....i am sure you've posted this info before, but:

how much did you pay (if you don't mind me asking)?...because it
looks very new...and i so bad wanted to go inside and check it
out...but i didn't
it looked like you had the cruise control on the steering
wheel...ours is an after market one taped to our steering
column....i
think i like yours better....

Hi Allan & Linda,
Amy and I live in Westland, but I (Owen) work in Farmington
Hills
@
TRW (right off Research Drive off 10 mile....just down the
street
from
Bob sacks Toyota....which is where I bought my oil filter and
upper
rad hose).
Harold's is a good shop....after looking at our MH they told us
it
needed nothing (pretty honest I would say) and I have had much
work
done there.
Thanks for the recommendation of Bob Sacks...for some reason I
never
thought of going there for srevice....although on my last trip
there
I
did see a very nice Toyota MH being serviced there.....it
looked
a
lot
newer than ours....
We will be gone during the proposed get together, but we will
be
in
touch.

Thanks for the tip Owen & Amy,On harolds frame shop in novi
& redford MI.You Are the second person to recomed them. For
engine service you might try Bob sacks Toyota in Farmington
MI.They did my Headgasket recall & timeing belt repair on my
91 V6 Warrior MH.They did a good job and seemed fair and
Honest.
Linda & I are in Farmington Hills MI,Where are you guys from?
Thanks again and happy camping.
PS,we have two kids but they are out of the car seats now.I
would
agree with the newest posting about car seats, and make sure
the
seat
belts are bolted through the floor and have big washers
under/over
the
bolts. The car seat should face forward or backward as per the
carseat
instructions.Good luck with kids/seats.
