Hi All.. I love reading all the past messages..very informative.. I
recently bought a 1986 Rogue.. It has 46,000 miles..automatic..pretty
clean..has a nice set up with a sofa and a chair..and a rear bath.. I
have read alot here about the rear end problem.. I read all the past
archived messages.. I have one question.. I have read again and again
that it was a recall on the rear end. I called a Toyota dealer (in
Hollywood) and they told me they remembered something about the rear
end problems..but that it was a long time ago. They gave me a number
at Toyota. but the lady wasn't able to give me any information. Do
any of you know if it is truely a recall. And anyone know who or how
to contact Toyota about getting the parts? I had a past older Toyota
camper and it had a paper with it explaining the rear end problem It
said that many of the places went out of business. but that toyota
was making the parts avaliable for those that were out of business.
that the customer would be responsible for the shipping of the
parts. and the installation. I would be happy to pay for the install
if I can get the parts. Do any of you have any answers?
Also. the camper I have is a Rogue. It has an extended rear
bumper with a storage box. I think it is all factory. Do any of yall
know who the maker of this motorhome was. If Rogue is still in
business making any other motorhomes. I would really appreciate any
help anyone can give me. I have been searching the internet.but have
