Hello,
The Tranny in my auto/od 1987 Dolphin has been rebuilt twice.
First one at 25,000 miles and the 2nd at 43,000.
My mechanic also said the torque converter failed both times.
I bought my dolphin in Sept. w/ 41,600. My first reaction was
to sell but I quickly moved pass the idea. I hope you decided
to hang in there.
