So.. I received LNA's (BGA2817), but it turns out i need Zeenko's ZK10D. They are not listed on theirs aliexpress store. I wrote them, waiting for answer. Is there any way to bodge BGA2817 in there?

Dave, W0LEV, is correct. The metric prefixes are well-defined. See https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Metric_prefix for a list of them. One of the ones that people screw up is milli (m) vs. mega (M).
