Re: New FW release: Reduced CPU clock spurs and scanraw progress bar
Hello Sven,
/g/tinysa/message/2180 If you have the capability I suggest to solder 33pF 0603 SMD capacitors on the open positions C13, C17 and C20. This will reduce the currently visible 48MHz harmonic spurs to almost zero. ? /g/tinysa/message/2184 Picture of PCB with C13 and C17: https://s3-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/groupsioattachments/71803/76579859/1443/0?AWSAccessKeyId=AKIAJECNKOVMCCU3ATNQ&Expires=1613641899&Signature=JHjBM1qE44F%2FCH9hmN65HRTRiT4%3D&response-content-disposition=inline%3B+filename%3D%22C.JPG%22 ? I have used SMD size 0805. ? 73, Rudi DL5FA |

Re: White screen of death?
Rick,
You could try an ST-Link (if you have one) Open the tinySA case,? Solder a 3 pin header to GND, SWCLK and SWIO and connect these to an ST-Link and use the STLink and CubeProgrammer to update the SW -- ------------------------------------------

Re: New FW release: Reduced CPU clock spurs and scanraw progress bar
Self test OK.

Have you tried STCube? On Wed, Feb 17, 2021 at 12:32 PM Rick Sherman <w7rms.1@...> wrote: Well after 3 different computers, 5 different USB ports and 3 different USB cables, no luck.? Anything else to try? |
Re: #specifications

The cal output is hard coupled to the TCXO. The correction factor is used only for the low and high input frequency calculations

The TCXO runs on 30MHz and the lower cal output frequencies are created using a divider instead of a PLLErik, I measure my 30 MHz. cal output and it was 45 Hertz off.? So I thought maybe this is just a divide by 3 of the TCXO and this offset adjustment does not have an effect.? So I went to the Low Output mode and? set it to 10 MHz. and i was still 15 Hz. off. Could you please provide further details on how to use this feature or point me to a video that explains proper procedure.? Regards - Roger |
