? Did you you directly chat with Maggie using the 'Chat Now' button on the right side of the screen?? That is the only way to use PayPal with hugen's Alibaba store.

I have been using Aliexpress for almost five years with zero problems.? I use a Visa debit card with a low balance solely for online purchases.

If you have a PayPal debit card you can use that to pay. That doesn't address security concerns but it does let you use your PayPal balance.
For those of you who are concerned about international payments and security, another option is to get a virtual credit card number. Many card issues offer them as a service,?and there are third party?companies that can provide them for any card. You can make the one payment with that card number and it becomes invalid after that.
