I re-saved as PNGs with Windows Paint and they went via email
fine.?? Thanks that is an easy fix for me in the future.

If you can open the screen grab on your computer you may be able
to do a screen capture on your computer and save that capture as
jpg or png file
Most document editing software will allow importing of the
bmp file
