Feature request: scanraw command

Hello Eric,

When you issue the scanraw command, the TinySA will sweep the specified frequency range and send back the samples.

However, if you select a very big frequency range, for example 100 kHz up to 12 GHz, the scanraw command will take quite some time to finish sending data. During the sweep, the TinySA Ultra will become fully unresponsive, which I obviously understand.

Still I wonder if it would make sense and be possible to implement like an ESC(ape) command that would interrupt the sweep.

For example: the user selects some combination of START/STOP frequency and RBW value that results in a very long sweep time. He decides he doesn not want to wait and selects different values. As it is, one has to wait for the current scanraw command to finish. I would like to be able to send like an ESC character and the TinySA (Ultra) would reply with an OK and stop the current command and stop sending bytes. From now on I could issue a new scanraw command.

Would that be feasible?

Kind regards,
Vitor
