Need use DFU File Manager util from DfuSE DEMO
Click Multi BIN button
Select bin file and set address 0x08000000, click Add to List
Click Ok
Click Generate and set filename
Now you can use this DFU
NanoVNA-App and TinySA-App allow load bin files, so no need convert it
