I believe that a Moderator can modify the Subject line of a thread to add a missing or incorrect hashtag. ?
If a member modifies a subject line in reply to a thread, like by adding ¡±...Problem Solved¡±, then it shows up as a second thread. ?
I usually use the merge function to merge it back into the correct thread.
Of course this requires Moderator(s) who are focused on the structure, as opposed necessarily to the content.
