Next I tested...
When I set the upper band and save it as STARTUP, when I turn it
on, the STOP frequency is set to 800 MHz and the upper band
behaves as off again.
The bad behavior is somehow related to using the STORE AS STARTUP
function.
As long as I do not use the STORE AS STARTUP function after
CLEARCONFIG, the behavior is OK.
