Re: Cal Function on the ULTRA

OK, my bad. I did NOT have the 30MHz sig turned "ON". All the tests for my Ultra passed. Guess I should have known from my 2.8" version and that is my point or better, the reason I'm doing a 'Functional Chart' on how the Ultra operates. NO I'm not complaining about the functions, as a matter of fact, I think they're all GREAT. It's just we (I) need a 'Road-Map'. For a very rough preliminary, here's a partial on my website:?? ?? I'm looking for hints on what is desirable.

Do users want multiple pages in pdf or multiple pages in jpg? (I can do both) I'm working also on a method of displaying the final product that'll make it as user friendly as possible. As far as a nice BIG shinny printout, in color, well, that's another kettle of fish.

Cheers,

Been playing around w/the Ultra and it's great but there are a few shortfalls. When I do a Cal #3 test fails. Where do I find some info to either correct or find info on?

Mike,
? ?I think you mean self test #3.? I believe self test #3 verifies the level of the 30MHz calibration output and should look similar to the following image when the CAL output is connected to RF in.

It will be helpful to Erik in troubleshooting your error if you provide a screen shot like I did above.

- From tinySA-App you can issue the command "self test 0 3" to run only selftest #3.
- Use the camera icon in tinySA-App to capture the screen shot.

If you have trouble capturing the screen shot, just attach a photo showing the self test #3 failure screen.
