Make sure you are pushing the FW _to_ the device and not reading the device.?
There are two functions of DfuSe. Make sure you click on the UPGRADE button, not the Upload, which reads the device's FW.?
If you used Upload, you've overwritten the new FW file. Delete it and replace it with a new copy then flash again using UPGRADE this time.?
