This is a bit embarassing as this post was intended to be in the HBTE group, but anyway. The chip have LoRa and FSK modem built in and I have no idea if it is possible to pull of OOK in SW, as I just stumbled upon it. The thing I found interesting about it is that has debug states to put the chip in countinous send or recieve mode at arbitrarily chosen frequency within its span so I suppose one could pull it of by polling the rssi register for receive and toggle the PA for transmission. I am not shure what you mean by BW but if you mean RBW it can be set in fixed steps between 4.8kHz to 467kHz.?
