The guy seems very unfamiliar with both his SA and also the gen itself. But there is some interesting info.
One thing to note is the the signals he is seeing on 300MHz from the gen simply do not exist, they are somewhere in his lab.
Here is the gen at 300Mhz on the tinySA full band and notice there is NO 200/whatever spur.? He also doesn't seem aware of the modulation settings of dtc settings. but -- somewhat informative anyway here is the little gen to the tinySA at 300MHz. No issues. The noise floor of the tinySA is much higher here as we would expect.
