Here are some images of the sig gen in use on the tinySA - forgive the crappy camera on my 10 year old phone. The display on the sig gen is perfectly readable but my camera simply does not pick it up correctly. It is - in RL - perfectly clear with full contrast.
Basic images -
10Mhz carrier with 50Khz span
10Mhz carrier with 50Khz span with 1Khz modulation (FM)
30Mhz carrier with full view over tinySA range showing clean signal.
With tSA as the reference then the frequency is excellent. The level output is excellent and within spec. The deviation is also as expected for 1Khz modulation.
All this for 80 euros.
Erik should make one with a touch screen. It would be a hell of a lot less complex than the tinySA and cheaper to manufacture I would think. In the same package size it would be a top seller.
