I have never done this FM deviation measurement but it is possible to see the carrier dip.
Set transmitter to 144MHz
Set your test tone to 2kHz (1kHz is too low for the minimum RBW of a tinySA)
With a deviation of 5kHz (my signal generator does not let me do 4.8kHz deviation) you get the dip at the carrier frequency

The second bessel dip occurs when you have a deviation of 11kHz

So I guess you can tune the depth of the modulation to get the first dip using a tone of 2kHz.
