Patrice, if you go to Ali Express you will find many android tablets. I chose windows because it? was cheap on sale left over whatever and for the price of less than a dinner out I was willing to take the risk. It doesn't yet run my NanoVNA because its missing a DLL and I did not have time to hunt it down.
Unfortunately it seems Android tablets cost a little more but then there are 360 pages to go through if you do a search and I did not go through all of them.
