Of all the ¡°disputes" I have had over the last half-decade, one (1) has not been resolved by AliExpress in my favor (or, if that was justified because there was only a small defect, mostly so).
I rarely ever discuss alternative problem solutions with the sellers; if it didn¡¯t arrive OK in time, ¡°dispute" it is.

Of course, having to wait for a shipment and the waiting time expiry, then possibly go through the dispute, and re-order from a different (or the same!) seller in parallel, adds more uncertainty.
More and more AliExpress sellers have representatives in Europe, which adds (!) to the shipment cost, but reduces delay and uncertainty.
But, in general, AliExpress simply is not for goods that you need soon.

I got my TinySA from the Zeenko store via AliExpress, ordered 2020-07-24, shipped via AliExpress ÎÞÓÇÎïÁ÷-±ê×¼ [Worry-Free Logistics-Standard] 2020-07-29, in Germany on 2020-08-11, delivered 2020-09-08 [which apparently included the usual four weeks of German customs sitting on the package], and can¡¯t think of anything that could have gone any better with that purchase and shipment.
But that experience is an anecdote, not data.
