I would like to cross-check with other TinySA fans on their experience with the "Zeenko" store on Aliexpress and delivery to Europe particularly Germany.
I ordered a TinySA on Oct. 19, 2020 in the Aliexpress Zeenko store, which was at that point in time one of the few sellers recommended.
It was not in stock at that time but got back into stock and was shipped on 28.10.20 with Aliexpress standard shipping.
Per the Aliexpress tracking it was announced to PostNL on 11.11.20, who obviously should deliver it in Europe/Germany.
It went further and is now in the status "The item cannot be delivered and will be returned":

I have not heard anything about the parcel through phone or e-mail, i.e. I have zero information beyond the information on the PostNL tracking site.
My shipping address is definitely correct as I have an Aliexpress acount and received numerous shipments through that account and address over the last 12 months.
I received the last item from another seller just yesterday.
Did anybody make the same experience or has an explanation, why this is happening?
My guess would be that it is related to the VAT which applies, if the value of the shipment is higher than EUR 22 and that there is potentially a processing issue.
BTW: I never ordered above EUR 22 from Aliexpress before.
