Yes, I would agree on going for the refund, but if one was left with an unuseable carcass, it seems a pity to confine it to the Universal Storage System. I suppose the battery and screen might be useful as spares for future need.
If everyone with a clone demanded refunds and made a big fuss, then the Tinysa clones might die out.
