Larry, I agree with some of your comments. But I can tell you for portable use the 4" is much better. Also I take some offense to the comments on hams. I have been licensed since the 1970's and spent all of my career in electrical engineering designing all types of electronic devices and T&M equipment. I can assure you that I know what a spectrum analyzer is and does, just as sure as there are many hams that know the same as they started their engineering careers due to their interest in ham radio. I personally know dozens of hams that are excellent RF engineers and know their way around an RF lab so for you to make such a careless general statement is harmful to the fraternity. Sure there are "lids" that are hams just as there are in general society. So instead of lambasting them, how about taking on the task of educating them so they will understand how to use their TinySA? If Erik is able to keep up with the demand perhaps the volume of sales that you predict will allow him to further improvements and/or new future products. In the end we will all benefit. Sincerely, ? Sam Reaves
