Tripp is right: the S10 will save photos/videos in heic/heif, although the default is jpg.? I wonder if that got turned on accidentally somehow?? Open the camera app, click on the gear icon, and scroll down to Save options.? If HEIF is on, turn it off.? It's nice to have that capability, but until it's more widely used, I'm sticking with jpg and png.
