Signal level incorrect, defective LNA?

The level calibration of my tinysa ultra fails with "Signal level incorrect". The device was ordered from an authorized vendor.
HW firmware is v0.4.5.1 and SW firmware is 1.4-199.
?
The device was reset before testing, and two different SMA cables were used.
?
I checked the CAL output with another spectrum analyzer and the level and frequency looks fine.
?
When generating a sine wave with another device, and changing the output level, the tinySA shows the correct level with different attenuator values, so to me the attenuator looks good too.
?
Running the selfest, Test #14 fails with "Signal level Fail":

This is after running level calibration and selfest:

?
Does this look like a defective LNA? If yes, is for U14 the part BGA2817 the correct one?
?
Would be great if someone can confirm.
?
Thanks
