It was not possible to go to next screen, at the screen where it stopped ( test 3 )? - once I touch screen it just exited test.
But somehow I did manage to calibrate it.
As before I did RESET CALIBRATION
Then did calibration but it has failed.
After that I have turned on internal 30MHz calibration adjusted level in settings to that value - I think it is -38dBm
I have also checked with generated signal like -30dBm from other tiny and it was OK.
Then I started calibration and all went OK
Now self test is passing all tests.
Then I RESET and redo calibration on second device and got same problem with calibration failed and just did everything as on first device, and got it calibrated.
In any way I have solved my problem so it does not look as HW fault.
