All digital (and some analogue) devices emit RF noise, the level depends on how well it was designed.

The emissions from the TinySA Ultra are at a very low level and should not be of any concern.

You will see the emissions when using the telescopic antenna supplied with the SA, but this is really only intended to allow folks to get started quickly, and to be able to see some signals. It is useful for interference hunting in the home, but for more accurate and noise free performance, an externally connected antenna is preferable.
