You have not said whether the update was reported as being successful nor described the method used to update (given there are several). In fact, the same thing happened to me and a brand new TinySA Ultra - but it was obvious the firmware write had failed after it completed (yeah, the PC told me it had). I got a black screen and no response. I eventually fixed the issue after reading the posts on here and following the method for updating using a Windows cmd window + DFU-util. Also, making sure the ST32ub30.sys driver was installed correctly. I did not ask for help becaue all the info is there...
