Definitely looks like scammers. There is one unit just like the linked one above that has 6000+ reviews and a 4.5 star rating. Looking at the reviews they are for a different product. Hallmark of a scammer. I reported it to Amazon as a scam / fake reviews. Those complaints seem to get more action from Amazon since they can understand the complaint and scammers hurt their bottom line.
