I see the peak at 191.571MHz, so a MCU clock frequency of 47.89275MHz

The small signal somewhere below -90dBm is the 4th harmonic of the MCU clock.
Please post the frequency of this signal divided by 4.

If you do not see an MCU clock spur you can try the 2nd harmonic (96MHz) or 3rd harmonic (144MHz)
