Thanks Mark. Keith's 'distribution of complexity' measurement approach looks interesting for sure. I wonder if it ever became a research paper - a quick check doesn't show anything. It'd be particularly useful if there was some formal identification of test-first, test-last and no-test. Anyway, I'll ask.
