I would like to tell everyone how much I appreciate the outstanding Missionary Ridge information. Sadly I had to cancel my trip to Chattanooga due to a positive covid diagnosis. I can't be sure where I picked it up but I had an immediate coworker test positive. As my folks are in their late 70s and early 80s, I felt I better get tested before seeing them for Thanksgiving. And here we are. Luckily my case has been mild at least so far and I look forward to making it to my favorite rail city real soon. I really do appreciate the awesome info and hopefully I'll be able to get up on the ridge and poke around soon. I have managed to avoid all the fads. in the 70s I never had a pet rock. Never had a mullet haircut. But I guess I just couldn't pass up on the Kung-Flu fad. I hope all on this list stay well and that 2021 is a better year! Warren D. Stephens CofG and TA&G fan? ? ?

A few years before he passed away, Bob Sironen showed me some of the street car right of way up in Missionary Ridge. I was tired after driving up to see Bob after a shift at the Atlanta airport where I work and was not ¡°crisp¡± enough to remember the street name. I¡¯ll be in the area soon and want to poke around and find it again. Does anyone know the streets where you can spot the right of way. I vaguely remember seeing a cannon and at one point the right of way cut across someone¡¯s yard at an angle. __._,_.___
