Hi Destiny, I may be able to help with this as it may not be a bug. With modern embossers, you do not use the embosser set up option like shown in your screenshot. The embosser set up is only for old generation embossers that weren¡¯t truly capable of doing tactile graphics. For something like the PixBlaster, you simply go to the print set up option and choose it. I hope that helps.
