When I send to embosser (Index DV5) I get the following error:?
¡°Escape Sequence error receive unknown parameter. Press ok to cancel formatting of document.¡±
The only option is to cancel. This is for bpx I have imported and for new designs. However, sometimes when I send to embosser it just says ¡°Index DV5¡± and then stops. ?The page size and paper are the same. I managed to emboss one design I created yesterday, the settings are identical yet it has this error message not allowing me to emboss. please advise.?
Edit: I had this same message on a previous version but when I pressed ok it would still emboss as the ok button did not cancel the print but allowed it to print.?
