I've not posted a file to the group, before. Bear with me a minute. If you want to get the names files I have for some of this stuff, it's all on my Github, which might be easier to manage. At the moment it will not differentiate between 1st level NPCs and any higher levels (hit points/HD are not implemented). It could easily be hooked up to my magic item things, but I haven't got that far just yet (I stole some of the Francophone names from Darkest Dungeon's settings files!)
I will try to post the code into the files section in a moment, but here is a link to my github repository (I just dropped the NMS_AD&D_NPCs.tab in there now)
