I have one, to generate NPC parties in the manner that is outlined in the DMG and Fiend Folio, but it's only partly working at the moment (it nicely generates level 1 PCs that adhere very minimally to the rules)

I can post it if you wish - I'd love to get some feedback. It's a little... kludgy
