If you purchased Embird the Iconizer comes bundled with it, but if you don't pay the extra $15 you don't see all the icons, only just some of them. If you have paid for the Iconizer part, I would contact the creators - do a google search for Embird.com or just Embird and they are in Slovakia, I think, so there will be a time lag between your email to them and their reply to you. They are very good with customer service, so you should be able to get an answer to your problem within a couple of days. HTH

i just realized that this has happened before. i order so many things on
line so right now i can't think of which design i had ordered about a month
ago but the same thing happened. we did go through this before and somehow i
did end up getting the design but here we are again with same problem. is
