Was just wondering if this works good in removing the threads like it
says?

I'm not sure if the box or the card is fried. I was loading some designs
when the computer froze up. after that, I was never able to get the
computer to connectto the box. I kept getting an error message that the
port could not be opened. I put the card into both machines - PE 150 and a
PC 8200 - and each one screamed as if in pain. I have been having computer
problems so I don't know if it qwas that. So I tried installing on my old
laptop which didn't work at all because the software needs a Pentium ll or
higher and laptop is 8-1/2 years old with a P 1 .

I took the box and software to my son's, next door and tried there. His is
a newer computer and it wouldn't work there either.

Does anyone know how to tell if the box is totally useless or can be fixed?
Or do I just suffer through using built in designs until I can afford a new
box?

Maybe a washaway stabilizer depending on the type of fabric you are making the
bookmarks with?

Thats what I told my DH. He said to just throw it away. But I guess I look at it as if it costs them a bunch of money, maybe next time they will be more careful. We are talking about a product that millions of children eat and a problem that could KILL. That is a big deal in my opinion. But maybe I am just cranky today. LOL

I already make quilts along eith my sister and her husband for sick children and prem babies and the angel will be stitch for each child, and as new ones come along so another angel will be made,
the good thing about the angels is they can be hung outside the baies incubators to protect them
thanks for the design she is loverly
and she will be stitched out in hundreds.

My angel for Brandi went in the mail today. I used pastel varigated thread and it really came out nice. I put it in a card with all my prayers.

I got mine at WalMart and I called them this morning. They apparently have had TONS of calls. :) They told me to bring it back to their service department. So that's what I'm gonna do. :)
