You should have gotten a email with a link from "bmtmicro" with a url that allows you to download what you purchased. I had no problem getting my files from them the other day. Either or, write to the ladies at A stitch a half first and ask them if they can track your order. When you finished it, bmt micro should have at the very least sent you a email first with the tracking # of it, and a little while later a email comes with the download link in it.
