Dear All,

I'm generally one that lurks and every once in a while I send a message to help out with sites or little questions I feel I won't get flamed over or on.....but I need to defend all Moderators & Owners!

?

I own my own group and I moderate two.? NOT an easy job!? There is NO pay, constant members to keep on track, flames to put out, wars to end, post to be deleted, sites that are legal to post, questions to answer,?members to approve, messages to keep track of, etc.? I can go on and on and on, but I would bore you all to death on the jobs that these ladies have taken upon themselves to create a community for all of us who are addicted to embroidery.? That's including all the beautiful sets that are now at our fingertips while we sit in our houserobs sipping our drinks versus driving to a store when we know that they are closed - especially for that last minute got to get it done before the sun rises the next morning.

I'm a christian at heart and I have my beliefs and disbeliefs but you must also remember the golden rule of all:? Do unto others as you would like be done unto you.

I'm considered a goody two shoes and I have sometimes let my feelings get a little over exposed and get hurt.....but I dust myself off and get my feelings in order and go at it again.? I'm not a quitter and I still continue to help all those that I can.? So if you feel that you need to flame me after this post - email me off list and we will discuss how I really feel!

Miems and Dalene are superior designers and extremely wonderful in starting this community for us to all gather in.? They both have taken into consideration of many people of who to put as Moderators of this group and its not an easy task to do....trust me!

Venus - I think your a very talented lady with a dry sense of humor - don't change!

Marie - I don't know you yet - but don't let this get you either!

We should have the right to agree on disagreeing, but don't slam the posts that sends your addiction!? And you definitely shouldn't slam or flame a Owner/moderator!? This is their environment that keep safe for all members and your a guest in here.? Appreciate with your heart - use your delete key if it offends and by all means love each other!? There is enough war going on in the outside world we don't need it here.

Ok - Now that I have that off my chest - I'm going to bed - so I'll read all my email when I get up!
