OK I am thinking the problem is the way the file was named. The file was named OCTcourie.Pes.Zip. With having the dot before the pes may confuse some programs to read it as a pes format and not zip. If you have this file already you can right click and rename it before opening.
I renamed the file in the files area for others to download. For those that can't find it log into the file
Look for the folder "Monthly Free Font" Inside there is only two files. This is a new bonus Miems started explaining why there is only October.
