While reading the "Yahoo" front page, I ran across this site, ok, so it
says "mens"... But there is an abundant amount of the best and worst
foods etc to eat, what to and NOT to eat when sad, mad, happy, blue,
and out of energy.
It is very informative ... Most of all, it has the amount of refined
sugars we injest on a daily basis.. Talk about being shocked!!..
