I have owned an Amazing Box for 9 years and only had a problem in the beginning until I learned to put the memory card in before I opened the Box.
I love the box and it sure opened up a whole new world in that I am no longer limited to the cards made just for my machine. Recently I could have upgrade to the new "Max Box' and decided not to do so, I am happy with my Amazing Box.
