My daughter has been having problems the last week or 2 (blood pressure, dizzy, heart racing, etc) we just called our health department because we have TWO jars of the peanut butter that is being recalled. (one is half empty) My daughter eats peanut butter on her waffles every morning and she doesn't start getting sick till nighttime. (normally her symptoms) were at night (not during the day) The doctor just called us back and said it takes 8 to 12 hours for it to run through your system. So if you eat it, you won't feel sick till (at night) She ate some this morning on her waffles, he said to watch her for the next 3 days and if it gets worse to bring her in so they can do something about it. He also told us NOT to throw out the jars so that we could "prove" that is what made her sick. He told us NOT to take them back to Wal-Mart etc. That is what the company wants you to do, if you throw them out or take them back you have no proof their product made you sick. I just wanted to warn those that are throwing them away or taking them back to the store. I am GLAD to know what was making her extremely sick but sick to think it's something that could of been prevented :(
