Darlene: don't worry - we all had to learn sometime. I assume the file
you downloaded is saved to one of your computer's hard drive folders
(C:/something/something) - depending upon how you organize your files.
Double click (left click twice) on relevant file name. You will see one
file with name angel of light pes-all one word. Double click on that
file (again left click twice)
You will then get an option to open the file. click on the word "open"
It should open in your embroidery software. Save it as the file type
you need (for example, if you have a Designer I, default file type is
VIP, -at bottom of this box there is a sub-box named "file type".
Default means that that is the file type you need to take to your
machine for sew-out. Hope this helps Rosalyn
