thanks for the help. I went home and tried it and it still would
not open the web page. So, as a last resort, I decided to can tech
support. While I was on hold, one of the helpful hints was that
turning off the computer was often all that was needed to fix a
problem. What did I have to lose?? I hung up without talking to
anyone, shut down the computer, turned it back on, and viola!!! The
darn thing worked. So now I have two more things to keep in mind if
I have another problem.
