If you go to his old site www.wb5rvz.com (not .org) and hover over the "Comments" link, you can see the e-mail address. Or just click on that link if your browser is set up to open the e-mail program.
Not sure if the address is still valid.

He did not own Soft rock business. Tony Parks did and sold it to Ben Cherry
here:

the reason I was looking is I wanted to reference his websites. I think he
is still a ham and I wanted to as for permission.
