You should be able to open Windows Device Manager, look at your USB ports, and see if it is using it.

It may be an earlier version of a USB driver. Try GOOGLE for a substitute or upgraded USB driver that will work.

If you are truly sending HDSDR IQ signals then IQ swap MUST work. If you are not sending it IQ signals then both USB and LSB will be received from the same signal but 20KHz apart. 73 Alan G4ZFQ
